Primary Skill Set:
ANSI/EDIFACT
AXWAY B2B tool / MQ (Message Queue)
Ticketing Tool (Jira/Confluence/any other)
Trouble Shooting, Diagnosing and Resolving Complex Problems (L2 Support)

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all EDI Messages (ANSI and X12)
Error management on EDIFACT (ANSI/X12)
Deduction and correction of errors using AXWAY B2Bi tool; IBM MQ, MQ Explorer.
View, download and export logs from IBM Mainframe
Must be able to manage messages within Windows Network, Unix/Linux, mainframe.
Coordinate with third party for message corrections.
Qualification and Required Skill set
Bachelor’s degree.
A degree in computer science or a related topic would be an added advantage.
Experience in 2nd level support for EDIFACT
Experience using AXWAY B2Bi tool
Extensive hands-on experience in IBM MQ
Ability to use the MQ Explorer and also navigate using commands
Experience working in IBM Mainframe
Understanding of the jobs running in the Mainframe machines
Hands-on experience in Unix and z/OS platform
Ability to understand the shell scripts and modify (on need basis)
Ability to understand the complex architecture
Good to have exposure in SSL certificates handling and implementation
Good to have experience in using JIRA, Confluence

Additional Notes:
Preferably immediate Joining or a minimum of notice period.
Ready to work in 24x7 shift, including night shifts.
Willingness to work in perennial night shifts
Ready to re-locate near office location in case staying away from office area
