Senior Executive - PMO

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and structured Senior PMO Coordinator to join our Transformation Office team. This is a full-time position (1 FTE) ideal for an experienced professional who combines strong project management capabilities with exceptional presentation and storytelling skills.

The role provides the opportunity to work on strategic transformation initiatives at HLTC, ensuring structured planning, execution, and monitoring of critical projects. It requires someone with excellent organizational thinking, the ability to craft clear narratives, and strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate project management office activities within our HLTC transformation initiatives
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to senior management and stakeholders
  • Create clear project narratives and progress reports using advanced storytelling techniques
  • Ensure structured approach to project planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Support transformation office operations and strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication
  • Maintain project documentation and governance standards

Required Qualifications

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in PMO roles with strong project management capabilities
  • Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to create and deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership
  • Storytelling Skills: Advanced capability to translate complex project data into compelling narratives
  • Structural Thinking: Highly organized and systematic approach to work

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Ideally 5+ years of experience in PMO or similar coordination roles 
  • Track record of successful stakeholder management at senior levels
  • Experience in transformation or change management initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
