Reports to Area Managing Director West Africa | Area scope : (Covering Ghana, Senegal & Benin)
Overview:
We are looking for a strategic HR partner to support West Africa’s growth agenda. Works with business leaders to shape organization capability, drive talent and succession, and deliver measurable people impact. Balances strategy and execution across diverse markets.
Responsibilities:
· Partner with leaders to align people priorities with business goals.
· Lead workforce, talent, and change initiatives that build future capability.
· Champion engagement, inclusion, and performance culture.
· Ensure compliance and operational excellence through shared services.
Qualifications:
· 7–10 years HR experience, including 3+ years in a business-partnering role.
· Proven ability to influence and challenge leaders using data & insight.
· Strong commercial awareness; connects HR to business performance.
· Multi-country exposure in West Africa; French a plus.
