What are we looking for?

  • More than 3 years of relevant professional experience in transfer pricing or in a similar operational role.
  • University Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or a comparable qualification degree.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Spanish.
  • Understanding of OECD guidelines and global transfer pricing regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

As a Specialist Tax, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide tax advice to all organizational levels on transfer pricing issues
  • Conduct financial analyses of intercompany transactions for defining the scope of preparation the transfer pricing documents.
  • Determine arm's length transfer pricing methods and transfer prices for intra-group transactions
  • Prepare in collaboration with external advisors, local offices world widely and internal departments (e.g. Treasury, Legal) and review transfer pricing documentation and reports (Master File, Local Files, Benchmarking studies) to ensure accurate filling the transfer pricing policies.
  • Implement and monitor HLAG’s transfer pricing strategy in line with OECD guidelines and local country regulations. Adjust the ongoing agency agreements in accordance with updated benchmarking results and new insights.
  • Coordinate and support transfer pricing audits and responses to tax authorities.
  • Support defining conditions for loan granting, M&A activities, and restructuring projects from a transfer pricing perspective. 

This position is offered on a fixed-term contract basis for one (1) year, with the possibility of extension.
