Hapag-Lloyd QSC Mauritius is growing and to support our growth, we are looking to recruit a Human Resource Supervisor!
Responsibility:
Administering all staff and administrative matters, ensuring the smooth running of the business.
Main tasks:
· Payroll, Tax and Social contribution administration and reporting
· Overseeing all Facility and Administrative matters in collaboration with the Facility and Administration Coordinator
· Monitoring of Occupation Permit validities and handling applications and renewals
· Planning, monitoring and recording implementation of all Trainings
· Manpower planning and execution of entire gamut of the recruitment process
· Talent Attraction, Engagement, Development & Retention.
· Plan, lead and execute Performance Management System and guide the management with regards to Promotions, Transfers, Career plan, Succession plan
· Guide the management about the Compensation and Benefits
· Maintain and update Employee Handbook and HR Forms
· Forecast and execute HR budgets.
· Ensure timely completion of Hiring, On-boarding and Exit process.
· Ensure timely completion of post joining, confirmation process
· Create reports and management information as and when required
· Handle all employee queries and act as first line of response to all their HR related queries
· Monitor Staff attendance, leave records & validation of records
· Manage and conduct Staff Performance reviews
· Conduct quarterly Rewards & Recognition Program
· Introduce and conduct quarterly open forums for employees
Requirements and Qualifications:
Industry Knowledge –
· 6 – 8 years of industry experience
· Expert understanding of HR Management required.
Business Systems/IT –
· Working Knowledge and system Support Optimization
· Ability to promptly process data
· Experience in using any payroll software and tools
· Good Knowledge of user application systems (MS Office, Word, Excel, SAP).
Communication/Organization Skills:
· Communicative and ability to take initiative
· Professional ability to interact with other functions
· Good command of written and spoken English
· Good interpersonal Skills
