To be part of our dynamic and passionate world, we are looking for Coordinator Inland Delivery Team who will be working in our Quality Service Center Izmir office.
Minimum Qualifications
• Min. 2 years of experience in Inland Transportation Operations is required.
• Proficient in written and spoken in English and Turkish.
• Able to adapt to flexible working days and hours.
• Proficiency in MS office applications.
• Systematic and efficient way of working.
• Agile and team player.
• Open for improvement.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
Essential Functions
• Execute transport instruction as per Customer request.
• Coordinates moves in the most cost-effective manner possible and in accordance to service level
requirements.
• Creates work orders to and from rail/port for import and export cargo.
• Monitors transport execution to ensure prompt delivery.
• Monitors trucker and equipment accessibility to determine the availability of one- way transports for cost
saving opportunities.
• Monitors and evaluates haulers performance and issue service exceptions when needed.
• Updates and distributes truck and rail transport limitations, heavy transport blockage calendar, strikes etc.
• Coordinates on-carriage shipments., also including Receiving transport instructions for changing import
MH to CH.
• Investigates and provides problem resolution for CH shipments.
• Issue invoices related to DLF and related additional (FSD, HCD, OAD) in case of import MH changed in
CH.
• Coordinates with terminal operations to assure efficient and effective handling of CH shipments.
• Comply to company standard operations procedures and monitor respective key performance Indicators.
