Reports to Director Sales Steering (Sub-region Africa)

Overview:

As the Manager Business Intelligence and Performance Management you will drive insights, analytics, and performance strategies that enable smarter sales decisions. You will collaborate across functions and regions to shape how data guides our commercial direction, helping us stay competitive in a rapidly evolving logistics landscape.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze CTS and market share data to track trends and performance.
  • Manage Business Intelligence for sales campaigns and analysis.
  • Design KPIs and dashboards to monitor sales and operational metrics.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership.
  • Identify process gaps and drive improvements in commercial execution.
  • Build BI dashboards using Qlik, Alteryx, or Celonis for data visualization. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in business intelligence, sales analytics, or performance management.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Qliksense and other sales-related software.
  • Understanding of commercial processes, sales KPIs, and financial indicators.
  • Proficient on MS suite and able to deliver quality business presentations
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., French, Arabic, Portuguese) would be a plus.
  • Cultural Awareness: A deep understanding of African markets, cultures, and business dynamics is essential, with the ability to tailor solutions and strategies to meet regional needs.
