Job Title: Java Technical Trainer

Position Overview:

As a Java Technical Trainer at HLTC, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the technical expertise of our team members and new joiners. You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs that empower our professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in Java development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development: Create comprehensive Java training programs covering Java fundamentals, J2EE, JPA, JUnit, Mockito, and Web Services (Restful).
  • Curriculum Design: Develop training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises to facilitate effective learning experiences.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at various levels, from entry-level to experienced developers.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Implement evaluation methods to assess training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and guidance to participants, addressing questions and challenges during and after training.
  • Stay Updated: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Java development to ensure training content remains relevant.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and align initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Java Trainer.
  • Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, JPA, JUnit, Mockito, and Web Services (Restful).
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with technology trends.
  • Relevant certifications in Java and training/education are a plus.
