• Develop our company-tailored AI solutions in areas like code completion and code review assistances and improve the functionality and accuracy of AI tools
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and testing of LLM features and functionalities
• To evaluate and support code quality initiatives (Ex: Code Review)
• Develop and deliver training sessions on the effective use of AI tools for code reviews and other development processes with standard KPIs to measure.
• Mentor and guide development teams on AI Tool Usage practices
• 10-12 Yrs of overall IT Experience
• 5-8 yrs of experience in Java programming knowledge
• Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices particularly java development frameworks
• At least 3+ years of experience in Code Reviewing and coaching
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing
• Experience with AI tools and machine learning concepts is highly desirable
• High proficiency in spoken and written English and very good communication skills
• Experience in Teaching and Coaching.1+ years of experience in Java Microservices Framework
