Main Objectives of this position

Deliver the highest level of quality, be customer-oriented and create value for customers as well as for Hapag-Lloyd.

Function and duties

  • Handle customs activities, included but not limited to export / import manifests, in-bond handling.
  • Responsible for customs declarations.
  • Monitor rejections / acceptances.
  • Handles House Bill mismatches.
  • Follow standard processes and new requirements as communicated by management.
  • Complete all functional HIP training timely.

Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Able to work well with others and follow guidelines.
  • Customer Oriented.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Receptive and able to grasp new ideas and motivate one’s self for personal development.
