Main Objectives of this position:
To be one point contact for all training needs in QSC India
Function and duties:
1. Responsible for conducting facilitative training skill as per business requirement
2. Overall responsible to organize trainings with super user, BSD, Academy, GTM etc.
3. TNI and content support as per requirement of team.
4. Ensure employee activation on learning modules
5. Extremely good knowledge of training customer service domain.
6. Should be from the industry
7. Facilitation skills – should be currently in training profile & conducting training sessions for employees.
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Mentoring & coaching ability
Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:
· 8 – 12 years of relevant working experience
· 3 – 5 years latest experience as a Training Lead in a Shipping Industry
· Training Lead experience required for Voice and Email / Chat process
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools
- Experience of team management (preferred)
Success Criteria for Position:
· Ensure new hire training starts immediately upon the joining of a new hire
· Conduct regular refresher trainings of existing employees on regular basis
· Review quality dashboard to conduct training for low performers on regular basis

· Any tasks / projects received from Senior Management
