Hanseatic Global Terminals (HGT) is the new Terminal & Infrastructure Division of Hapag-Lloyd, founded in 2023. HGT delivers streamlined terminal operations for all shipping line customers and brings together a portfolio of 20 port terminals and complementary logistics services in 11 countries and on four continents: Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa. We will be pursuing growth and set ourselves the target of operating 30 terminals by 2030.

About the Position
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Communications Manager to join our team at our corporate headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all internal and external communications, including marketing campaigns, press releases, digital and social media marketing, and brand management on a global scale.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective communication strategies to support the company's global marketing and branding initiatives;

Manage the creation and distribution of press releases, newsletters, website content, social media posts, and other communication materials across international markets;

Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage media relations globally;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all communications worldwide;

Develop and oversee the implementation of the company's brand strategy at a global level;

Monitor and analyze communication metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of campaigns internationally;

Provide recommendations and insights to leadership on communication best practices and emerging trends
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field;

5+ years of experience in a corporate communications or similar role, with experience managing global initiatives;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with native-level English proficiency;

Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns, press relations, and digital/social media marketing on an international scale;

Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to develop and implement global brand strategies;

Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating on company-wide initiatives across different regions;

Proficient in using relevant communication tools and software.
