Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Take ownership for performance management of Global NVO and BCO Accounts, identifying key areas where intervention is required to guide and support our Sales teams effectively
- Optimize and coordinate sales delivery management to proactively identify performance gaps and initiate corrective actions
- Provide detailed market updates and reports to key stakeholders, leveraging impactful visuals for clear and effective communication
- Implement standardized performance measurement frameworks to ensure alignment with global sales objectives
- Oversee the global execution of agreed-upon initiatives, campaigns, and process changes, promoting consistent application and alignment across all regions
- Harnesses data-driven insights to model and analyze performance metrics, providing critical insights that shape strategic decision-making and pinpoint areas for improvement
- Lead and mentor a team of four in creating high-quality sales tools and establishing robust performance management processes across Global Sales
