To be a part of our dynamic and passionate world, we are looking for a HR Project Specialist responsible for Human Resources processes to work temporarily for 1 year in our Izmir office.

Minimum Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • Resident in Izmir.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation or similar HRIS implementation projects.
  • Confident user skills in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with data migration, system integration, and testing processes.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and best practices in talent management, payroll, and workforce management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities;

  • Lead the local implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines.
  • Manage system integration, ensuring seamless communication between project team and local HR.
  • Conduct thorough system testing, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
  • Train and mentor internal HR and IT teams on the new system functionalities.
  • Document all configurations, customizations, and processes related to Oracle Cloud HCM.
