The roughly 2.600 employees assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment deal with terminal-related activities and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Data Modeling & Analytics: Develop and standardize data models for EDI and API performance analysis. Utilize SQL, Python, and BI tools (e.g., QlikSense, Tableau) to automate processes and enhance reporting
  • Tool Development & Rollout: Design and deploy tools for internal use, ensuring team members can operate them independently
  • API & EDI Integration: Lead initiatives to optimize EDI connections and launch customer-facing APIs, ensuring seamless data exchanges
  • Automation Workflows: Contribute to the development of automation workflows that improve customer engagement and business processes
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze large datasets to provide insights, visualizations, and actionable recommendations for decision-making
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with key customers to develop tailored e-business strategies. Prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior management
  • Project Leadership: Drive API and product launches, aligning them with business goals and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Translate customer feedback into actionable user stories and prioritize development efforts with product owners
  • Agile Implementation: Advocate for agile methodologies, promoting innovation and adaptability within the team

Your Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., QlikSense, Tableau). Experience with data modeling, automation, and process improvement
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets. Understanding of e-business strategies, logistics, and customer engagement
  • Possesses strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with agile work environments. Scrum certification is a plus

Good to know

  • You start with us as soon as possible and work approx. 20 hours per week
  • During the semester break you can increase your hours up to 38 hours
  • We are currently planning your assignment for 6 months with the option of an extension and will, of course, also take your course of studies into account
