ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Excellent Knowledge of IBM App Connect Enterprise V12. Preferred to have candidate current job role as Lead App Connect Developer Sr App connect Developer or Mid-level App connect Developer as Individual contributor.
· Excellent understanding of integration design patterns & Best Practices.
· Broad knowledge on web security standards relating to OAuth, SSL, JWT etc
· Design and develop API specifications using Open API Specifications/YAML
· Excellent Knowledge on IBM MQ, SAP connection, Oracle notification service and Oracle function call in ACE.
· Deep knowledge on ESQL, XSLT, DFDL, WSDL, XML, SOAP, IMAP. Oracle and REST protocols.
· Working experience in Core java, MS-SQL and Oracle SQL database with strong SQL querying skills.
· Good understanding of On-Prem, Cloud and Hybrid integrations
· Exposure in Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I) and its components.
· Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and SOAP-based web services.
· Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to integrate APIs with various applications.
· Manage the entire API lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
· Exposure in analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of existing and new interfaces using IBM ACE.
· Strong analytical, and communication skills and ability to work within a Global team.
· Exposure in deployment activities under Devops pipeline.
· Knowledge on Cloud deployments and Hybrid Integrations.
QUALIFICATION & REQUIRED SKILLSETS:
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
· Middleware (WebSphere/MQ) Administration certified is an added advantage.
· Experience for 3-4 years in L2 technical support Good experience in App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB). Exposure to IBM API Connect.
· Good in ESQL coding, mapping nodes and transformations.
· Experience with IBM Integration Bus/ACE / IBM WebSphere Message Broker and IBM WebSphere Message Queue (MQ)
· Experience with Extended Structured Query Language (ESQL) development.
· Sound understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON is a must.
· Sound understanding of synchronous, asynchronous messaging patterns, developing common reusable IIB artifacts.
· Experience in setting up of interconnections to external interfaces, including Java, MQ, Mail server, RDBMS, and web service
· Good to have experience in improving and documenting the technical processes around application support (using API Manager)
· Nice to have knowledge on Kubernetes, Docker.
· Nice to have hands on experience in CP4I Administration, Jenkins.
· Experience in working with Kafka.
· Experience in setting up deployment automation, governance, pipeline & release orchestration with Cloud DevOps.
· ITIL Foundation certificate - desired.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are desired. Effective communication and interpersonal ability is desired.
· Experience in a documentation system (e.g. Confluence / Sharepoint / Teamsite etc.) is an added advantage

· Preferably immediate Joining or a max of notice period with 60 working days
· Optional: Ready to work in 24/7 shift operations (NOT needed for pure developer role)

· Willingness to extend shift operations on demand.
· Ready to re-locate near office location within the cab radius in case staying far in the city
