Your Tasks & Responsibilities

  • You will be involved in exciting strategic projects in the area of customer service products (Booking, Documentation, Customs, Import and Invoice)
  • You will be responsible for updating and consolidating our internal reports in the area of ​​customer service
  • You support our project teams in monitoring project progress and addressing anticipated challenges
  • You contribute to the understandable preparation and provision of decision-critical data and the acquisition of new insights by developing meaningful reports
  • You support the preparation and follow-up of meetings (coordination, data analysis) and are available for ad hoc support, e.g. for the creation of presentations/documents
  • You will support the coordination of internal communication for feature releases and heartbeat planning preparation
  • You will be responsible for coordinating regular benchmark follow-ups and creating comprehensive documentation related to them

Your Qualifications

  • You are currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's or Master´s degree with a focus on Logistics/Shipping/Forwarding, Trade or Customer/Sales Experience
  • You also have strong social skills and very good communication skills in English (spoken and written) as the role is highly international
  • In your approach to work, you are diligent and strongly team-oriented and enjoy contributing your proactivity
  • Self-initiative and commitment, as well as a very independent work organization come natural by you
  • Ideally, you have already gained initial relevant practical experience, e.g. through internships or working student positions

Good to know

  • You start with us as soon as possible and work approx. 20 hours per week 
  • During the semester break you can increase your hours up to 38 hours
  • You are able to come to our Hamburg office twice a week 
  • We are currently planning your assignment for 12 months with the option of an extension and will, of course, also take your course of studies into account
