Verantwortlichkeiten und Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Proforma Fahrplänen in Abstimmung mit Trade Management und Partnern
  • Erstellung von produktbezogenen Studien
  • Vorbereitung von Konsortialmeetings
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Verhandlung von Konsortialverträgen
  • Erstellung der Longterm- Schedules und Allocation Table
  • Überwachung und Monitoring der Fahrplaneinhaltung sowie Ausarbeitung, Abstimmung und Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Voyage Control
  • Terminal Performance Analysen zur Servicekontrolle und Fahrplananpassung
  • Überwachung der finanziellen Abwicklung mit den Partnern
  • Analyse der Dienststrukturen von Mitbewerbern
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von HL internen Prozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit Trade Management und anderen internen Abteilungen
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Network und Cooperations eigenen Prozessen und Reportings
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Anwendung von unserem IT Projekt
  • Eingabe und Pflege von dienstrelevanten Daten

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Development and optimisation of pro forma schedules in coordination with trade management and partners
  • Preparation of product related studies and consortium meetings
  • Participation in the development and negotiation of consortium agreements
  • Preparation of long term schedules and allocation table
  • Supervision and monitoring of schedule compliance as well as elaboration, coordination and implementation of corrective measures in close cooperation with Voyage Control
  • Terminal performance analyses for service control and schedule adjustment
  • Monitoring of financial settlement with partners
  • Analysis of competitors' service structures
  • Development and optimisation of HL internal processes in cooperation with Trade Management and other internal departments
  • Development and optimisation of Network and Cooperations own processes and reporting
  • Participation in the further development, optimisation and application of internal IT projects
  • Input and maintenance of service-relevant data

Anforderungen und Qualifizierungen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Schifffahrtskauffmann / Schiffahrtskaufffrau oder Betriebswirt:in
  • Berufserfahrung in der Schifffahrt wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Englischkenntnisse
  • Proaktive, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, zuverlässige, ergebnisorientierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Zielorientierter Leistungswille, hohe Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Belastbarkeit und hohe Flexibilität
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Successfully completed training as a shipping merchant or business economist (HSBA) as well as professional experience in the shipping industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Very good oral and written English skills
  • Proactive, analytical and structured way of working
  • Responsible, reliable, result-oriented and team-oriented personality
  • Goal-oriented motivation, high level of initiative and assertiveness
  • Negotiating skills
