Your Tasks & Responsibilities

As a working student in our team, you will work closely with our product owners and cross-functional teams to support the launch, development and performance of our products. You'll have the opportunity to work on your own and take initiative in your tasks. We're seeking a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and is comfortable reaching out to others in order to get things done. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting our product owners to drive the development of their products
  • Writing meeting minutes and ensuring effective communication between team members
  • Creating and updating training materials for new products in collaboration with our Global Training Management Team in India
  • Keeping training materials related to our products up-to-date and ensuring they are easily accessible to our stakeholders
  • Preparation test cases for UAT or user acceptance tests which are meant to cover the main uses cases when using our newly developed applications
  • Preparing and coordinating internal communication activities around our products
  • Supporting the creation of presentations and other communication materials
  • Assisting in the preparation and execution of workshops

Your Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's or MasterĀ“s degree with a focus on Logistics/Shipping/Forwarding, Trade or Customer/Sales Experience
  • You like to work analytically and are interested in linking data to operational processes
  • In addition to your very good Excel and PowerPoint skills, you are interested in further developing your skills in using BI & Agile Project Management tools
  • Very good writing and speaking skills in German and English, with the ability to create clear and concise meeting minutes, training materials, and reports
  • Able to commit to working 20 hours per week

Good to know

  • You start with us as soon as possible and work approx. 20 hours per week 
  • During the semester break you can increase your hours up to 38 hours 
  • You are able to come to our Hamburg office twice a week
  • We are currently planning your assignment for 6 months with the option of an extension and will, of course, also take your course of studies into account
