Your Tasks & Responsibilities
- You will assist our team in planning, managing, and executing both local and global HR transformation initiatives, aiming to enhance HR products and processes
- You will be highly involved in designing and conducting various communication and collaborative formats, including our Quarterly Global HR Town Hall, to strengthen knowledge transfer and collaboration
- The generation of reports and communication materials will be as well part of your tasks
- Your responsibilities will also include the maintenance and improvement of SharePoint pages dedicated to our global HR products, as well as to assist in stakeholder management and meeting coordination
- While you will receive continuous support from the team, you will also have the opportunity to work independently on your assignments
