Your Tasks & Responsibilities

  • You will assist our team in planning, managing, and executing both local and global HR transformation initiatives, aiming to enhance HR products and processes
  • You will be highly involved in designing and conducting various communication and collaborative formats, including our Quarterly Global HR Town Hall, to strengthen knowledge transfer and collaboration
  • The generation of reports and communication materials will be as well part of your tasks
  • Your responsibilities will also include the maintenance and improvement of SharePoint pages dedicated to our global HR products, as well as to assist in stakeholder management and meeting coordination
  • While you will receive continuous support from the team, you will also have the opportunity to work independently on your assignments

Your Qualifications

  • You are in the process of completing a full-time degree in Economics, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a similar field and have achieved commendable results
  • You already have gained practical experience in human resources and/or project management, for example, through internships or positions as a working student
  • You are eager to learn, approaching new topics with enthusiasm and energy, and enjoy developing them further
  • You value the opportunity to grow alongside your team by embracing challenges in a dynamic environment
  • Having prior experience with MS Teams and SharePoint is an advantage, though not mandatory
  • In your approach to work, you are diligent and strongly team-oriented and enjoy contributing your proactivity
  • Additionally, you possess good communication skills in English (both spoken and written) and, preferably, in German as well

Good to know

  • You start with us as soon as possible and work approx. 20 hours per week 
  • During the semester break you can increase your hours up to 38 hours 
  • You are able to come to our Hamburg office twice a week
  • We are currently planning your assignment for 6 months with the option of an extension and will, of course, also take your course of studies into account
