Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • You organize and optimize daily transport planning in cooperation with our subcontractors and our customers, predominately from Hungary
  • You are in direct contact with our customers concerning transport related challenges, delays, and the planning of new business in cooperation with sales
  • You are responsible for the processing of received booking amendments and booking confirmations for transport-relevant shipments in import and export
  • You will work closely with other departments of the hinterland logistics (ED and M&R), maritime logistics (terminal processes) and operations steering support
  • You independently clarify cost differences between orders and transport invoices
  • You are part of the constant development of new, innovative ideas to continuously advance our high-quality standards

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • You have a high customer and service orientation, as well as a high level of communication skills; ideally also professional experience in customer service- or transport related role(s)
  • You are a team player with a sense of responsibility and special commitment, and you also have a high level of initiative
  • You work proactively, structured, and analytically
  • You have good written and oral Hungarian and English skills
