Your Responsibilities:

Manage and develop Global Industry Management (GIM) and Beneficial Cargo Owner (BCO) customers by implementing and executing a successful strategy and by developing business opportunities to or from Region North Europe in line with the overall company strategy.

  • Develop the regional strategy GIM/BCO portfolio accounts
  • Support budget discussions, tender target setting and contribute to the development of Account Plans
  • Represent regional and area interests and expedite cross functional communication
  • Closely liaise with Global Account Managers (GAMs) and Regional Account Managers (RAMs) in Region North Europe and actively drive Performance Management to ensure that vertical and customer targets are met
  • Support to deliver the committed quality promises to our customers, identify challenges and develop solution action plans
  • Actively support the tender process and ensure that your vertical / customer strategy is lived during tender negotiations
  • Serve as a key escalation, consultant and focal point for our customers, Account Managers, and other internal stakeholders on regional basis
  • F2F support customer QBR’s (Quarterly Business Reviews) and tender negotiations if needed
  • Prepare presentations, create data analysis, and process ad-hoc requests
  • Develop and continuously improve concepts, tools, reporting’s and KPI´s to ensure further strengthening of GIM/BCO in Region North Europe
  • Support in BCO related projects and drive initiatives to enhance customer retention and reduce churn within the GIM/BCO portfolio

Your Profile:

  • Professional Experience in the liner shipping/transportation industry, ideally in Sales or Customer Experience roles
  • Open-minded, resilient, and agile with positive mindset
  • Proactivity, ownership, and a high level of responsibility
  • Team player with good problem-solving skills
  • Very good interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Able to easily adapt to an ever-evolving environment and willing to take on new responsibilities
  • Ability to understand complex problems and develop ideas on how to improve the status quo
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and fluent in both verbal and written English
  • Experience in project work and working cross-functionally
  • Proficient in all MS Office products and Qlik View/Qlik Sense
