We are looking for;
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- A proven at least 2 years sales experience in shipping industry.
- Reefer knowledge is a must.
- Customer oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
- Turkish is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communications in English
- Proficiency in MS office applications
- Systematic and efficient way of working
- Agile and team player
- Open for improvement
- No restriction to travel both in and out of Turkey
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Valid B class driver’s license.
Key responsibilities;
- Reporting Sales Manager in Mersin Office.
- Identifying potential new opportunities on export and import.
- Managing and growing own portfolio of customers and opportunities.
- Directly dealing with customer in face-to-face appointment to develop, secure and maintain most profitable business.
- Conducting account planning and derive an account strategy including an action plan to develop customers/ opportunities.
- Preparing visit plans and visit reports.
