Senior Coordinator Customer Service Export
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our export bookings, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact for our customers
  • Handle and process customer calls and case correspondence
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Develop new, innovative ideas to continuously advance our high-quality standards
  • Maintain an overview in complex situations and find the best possible solutions for our customers based on the situation

Your Profile:

  • Strong communication skills characterized by a high customer and service orientation, and a passion for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Team player with a high level of initiative
  • Solution-oriented, independent working style
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on changing tasks
  • Very good oral and written English skills
