Administrative and Facility Coordinator
Hapag-Lloyd QSC Mauritius is growing and to support our growth, we are looking to recruit an Administrative and Facility Coordinator!

Hapag-Lloyd Quality Service Centre (QSC) Mauritius is looking for an Administrative and Facility Coordinator with the below responsibilities:
· Ensure the smooth functioning of the Facility and Administrative operations of the organization
· Greeting and welcoming office guests
· Manage reception area and other clerical duties
· Make necessary office transport, travel and logistics arrangements including visa applications
· Be responsible for office procurement, maintenance and liaison with vendors
· Analyze quotes and invoices
· Manage office and parking spaces
· Coordinate office events
· Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:
- Minimum HSC and 2 years of related work experience;
- Experience in travel management will be an advantage;
- Intermediate to advanced level skill in MS Excel, Word & MS Access;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English

Our Shift timing proposed for the post of Administrative & Facility Coordinator is from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.
