Main Objectives

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Learning & Development Senior Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee experiences, fostering a culture of self-directed learning, and providing insightful analysis on performance management and employee engagement. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and analytical skills to support our regional headquarters. 

Function and duties

Positive Onboarding Experience:

  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees in the region.
  • Coordinate with HR and department heads to ensure all onboarding materials and activities are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with new hires to continuously improve the onboarding process.

Self-Directed Learning Culture:

  • Promulgate sound methodologies to match training needs to organizational goals and objectives for the region.
  • Collaborate with the company's global academy to develop and promote self-directed learning initiatives tailored to the region.
  • Curate and provide access to a wide range of learning resources, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
  • Encourage employees to take ownership of their professional development by creating personalized learning plans and tracking progress.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback.

Insights, Trends, and Analysis:

  • Collect and analyze data related to performance management, employee engagement surveys, and learning and development activities.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continually enhance our programs.

Training Logistics and Management:

  • Coordinate the logistics for all training sessions conducted at the Regional HQ, including scheduling, venue setup, and communication with participants.
  • Maintain the training management system, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, and make recommendations for improvements.

Support Regional Talent Management:

  • Support administratively by providing talent profile cards for Talent nominations and Round tables.
  • Prepare dashboards to demonstrate effectiveness of Talent development programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools. 
  • Prior experience in Cornerstone on Demand, Linkedin Learning and Oracle will put you at strong advantage.
  • Ability to interpret people data to provide trends and insights. Advanced skills in data analysis software (e.g., Power Query, Alteryx)
