- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees in the region.
- Coordinate with HR and department heads to ensure all onboarding materials and activities are up-to-date and relevant.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with new hires to continuously improve the onboarding process.
Self-Directed Learning Culture:
- Promulgate sound methodologies to match training needs to organizational goals and objectives for the region.
- Collaborate with the company's global academy to develop and promote self-directed learning initiatives tailored to the region.
- Curate and provide access to a wide range of learning resources, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
- Encourage employees to take ownership of their professional development by creating personalized learning plans and tracking progress.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback.
Insights, Trends, and Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data related to performance management, employee engagement surveys, and learning and development activities.
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continually enhance our programs.
Training Logistics and Management:
- Coordinate the logistics for all training sessions conducted at the Regional HQ, including scheduling, venue setup, and communication with participants.
- Maintain the training management system, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, and make recommendations for improvements.
Support Regional Talent Management:
- Support administratively by providing talent profile cards for Talent nominations and Round tables.
- Prepare dashboards to demonstrate effectiveness of Talent development programs.
