Your Tasks & Responsibilities
- Preparation and definition of Area budgets, trends and forecasts in close coordination with Area management
- Coordination and preparation of the weekly volume forecast for Area Germany & Central Europe
- Preparation of analyses, projections and reports for the sales teams as well as sales and Area management
- Coordination and communication with Trade Management to optimize allocation management for Area Germany & Central Europe
- Managing and optimizing the utilization of all services / products
- Monitoring and control of sales performance, as well as optimization of the customer and cargo mix, also with regard to contribution margins, in cooperation with Sales Management
- Controlling opportunity management in Sales Force (CRM customer database)
- Sales performance analysis by trades / products & services (Area / office level)
- Development and control of the sales process (visits / calls / account planning / customer feedback)
- Creation of presentations for KPI meetings, performance calls and coaching sessions
