Role: Senior UX designer

Experience: 3 to 5 years

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who can seamlessly collaborate with our UI team to enhance our product's user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both business objectives and user needs, translating these insights into actionable design solutions. They will play a key role in shaping our design processes, mentoring team members, and driving improvements in our products.

 

What is expected from the candidate?

  • Understands business objectives and user problems from qualitative and quantitative data and contributes to translating them into mockups, prototypes or visual presentations that allow gathering feedback from team members, stakeholders, and users.

·       Experience in contributing to UI toolkits and conducting design critiques.

·       Experience in performing screen reviews to ensure standard UX is provided across the product.

·       Excellent communication skills, serving as a reliable UX point of contact.

  • Mentors, finds and proposes new ways to make parts of the product more valuable and captivating to users and identifies new opportunities to improve existing products.
  • Experience with DesignOps and operational activities.

·       Comfortable working with cross-location teams.
