To be part of our dynamic and passionate world, we are looking for a Sales Execution, BCO who will be working in our Istanbul office.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Resident in Istanbul.
  • +3 years of sales experience in shipping industry.
  • Customer oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Turkish and English.
  • Proficiency in MS office applications.
  • Systematic and efficient way of working.
  • Agile and team player.
  • Open for improvement.
  • No restriction to travel both in and out of Turkiye.
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
  • Able to actively drive and have a B driver's license.

 

Essential Functions

  • Reporting Sales Manager, BCO in Izmir Office.
  • Identifying potential new opportunities on export and import.
  • Managing and growing own portfolio of customers and opportunities.
  • Directly dealing with customer in face-to-face appointment to develop, secure and maintain most profitable business.  
  • Conducting account planning and derive an account strategy including an action plan to develop customers/ opportunities.
  • Preparing visit plans and visit reports.
