Your Responsibilities:
- As an all-rounder, you will be jointly responsible for the implementation of our global people strategy, in particular in the planning, management and implementation of local and global HR transformation initiatives to further develop our HR products.
- You will be responsible for sub-projects, starting with conception and ending with implementation, and for clarifying and managing requirements, schedules and budgets.
- You will also be responsible for identifying, assessing and minimizing project risks as well as resolving problems and conflicts within the projects.
- You coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders about project goals and progress to ensure a smooth process.
- With your ideas and drive, you will improve the communication, transparency and understanding of our global HR products and thus promote the implementation of our people strategy.
