Your Responsibilities:

  • As an all-rounder, you will be jointly responsible for the implementation of our global people strategy, in particular in the planning, management and implementation of local and global HR transformation initiatives to further develop our HR products.
  • You will be responsible for sub-projects, starting with conception and ending with implementation, and for clarifying and managing requirements, schedules and budgets.
  • You will also be responsible for identifying, assessing and minimizing project risks as well as resolving problems and conflicts within the projects.
  • You coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders about project goals and progress to ensure a smooth process.
  • With your ideas and drive, you will improve the communication, transparency and understanding of our global HR products and thus promote the implementation of our people strategy.

Your profile:

  • You have a university degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on human resource management or business psychology, or in a similar field.
  • With at least three years of experience in human resources, you have in-depth knowledge of people strategy, HR transformation, project management or employer branding.
  • You have already managed your first (sub-)projects and not only gained experience in agile and classical project management, but also found that you particularly enjoy driving HR topics in a generalist role.
  • Your enthusiasm for learning sets you apart; you immerse yourself in new topics with fun and energy and are always eager to develop ideas and topics.
  • You work independently – and yet you appreciate working in a team and enjoy growing together with the team through challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • For working in an international environment, you have very good communication skills - in English (spoken and written) and preferably German.
