Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Definition of strategic rationale behind various forms of collaboration and the preferred option for HL
- Creation and preparation of operational and market analyses, with the focus on terminal capacities & capabilities, HL demands and market/ port developments
- Preparation of strategic decision templates for the Senior Management and the Executive Board
- Support of various terminal investment projects, with being the source of information on global terminal market developments
- Collaboration and communication with relevant stakeholders (business & finance) and Global Procurement Terminal & Transport internal
- Development of problem-solving approaches and flexible adaptation under consideration of various inputs
- Facilitation of method and process improvements such as standardization and harmonization, supply with best practices etc.
- Internal Project Management for overarching, strategic projects
