Your Tasks & Responsibilities

Are you passionate about the reefer industry and eager to gain hands-on experience while studying? We're looking for a motivated working student to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional support to our clients and our best in quality digital product Hapag-Lloyd LIVE.

Your tasks will be:

  • Provide crucial support to the Reefer Product Excellence and Reefer Smart Containers team in Hamburg, assisting in various tasks to ensure smooth business handling of our clients businesses
  • Support customers of Hapag-Lloyd LIVE
  • Collaborate closely with team members
  • Gather and analyze data to provide valuable insights and support decision making
  • Serve as dedicated point of contact for selected customers, maintaining strong relationships by providing assistance as needed
  • Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions aimed at developing innovative solutions to meet customer requirements and enhance our reefer strategy
  • Assist in conducting small studies or analyses to support digital product development within our global strategy

Your Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in logistics or a related field
  • Motivated, customer-focused, and a reliable team player
  • Analytical skills, with an organized and efficient working style, specifically proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies

Good to know

  • You start with us as soon as possible and work approx. 20 hours per week
  • During the semester break you can increase your hours up to 38 hours
  • We are currently planning your assignment for minimum 12 months with the option of an extension and will, of course, also take your course of studies into account
