Responsibilities and tasks:
- Assisting the Global Account Manager in developing our client as Global Industry Management (GIM) Account in the Head Office
- Proactive development of business opportunities with customer globally and follow-up activities
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as Trade Management, Cargo Control and GIM Regions
- Close cooperation with Nestle RAMs in the other regions to execute and align global strategy.
- Continuous observation, analysis, and reporting of customer performance incl. monitoring via QlikView and Salesforce
- Processing of global and local tenders, disputes, and rate exceptions (exception handling)
- Independent rate negotiations with customer in all global trades as well as with Trade
- Management
- Creation and tracking of quotations.
- Supervision of rate agreements (done by GSC) as well as service contracts including FMC filings as part of the sales process
- Checking the rate agreements stored in the system for correctness.
- Ensure that Allocation (CA) is correctly covering the nomination.
- Ensure nomination adherence.
- Coordinating with Customer Service and assist in resolving billing related issues
- In coordination with the Global Account Manager sales of Hapag-Lloyd products and new services
- Maintenance of customer data in the organization catalog
