Responsibilities and tasks:
As the Custodians of Process Excellence, your primary role will be to drive value creation across our global process landscape, enhancing productivity and overall efficiency within Hapag-Lloyd. Driving Process Excellence is our central objective. We are the navigators and setting the railguards for the organization, acting as transformation partners alongside Process Owners, and having a vital role in achieving the set strategic goals.

- Guide and empower process owners in optimizing efficiencies and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Utilize data-driven methods for process analytics, leveraging your strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights for process optimization
- Conduct data-driven analysis of end-to-end business processes, utilizing methodologies like Process Mining and Lean Six Sigma to identify and address bottlenecks effectively
- Uphold standardization measures and oversee automation and centralization initiatives
