Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Written and spoken English is an asset
- Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Analytical thinking ability
- Prone to data-driven work
- Fast at typing
- Self-disciplined and detail oriented
- Team player with positive attitude
- Flexibility on working hours and days depending on the business needs
Essential Functions
- Creating the Bill of Ladings as per the customer's instructions
- Ensure the created Bill of ladings complies to all rules and regulations defined in the customer / country specifications
- Updating revenues as per the Shipping instructions, country and regional requirements
- Follow the standard operating procedure and ensure no deviations are induced in the process
- Keep track of errors and work on the feedback provided by the team leaders and managers
- Achieve the targets and exceed them consistently
