Your responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain efficient processes and tools for planning, analyzing and reporting IT expenditure at a global level
  • Budget and forecast preparation for worldwide IT cost/services, incl. coordination within the departments
  • Design of associated financial processes and governance model
  • Preparing sound financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures, taking into account the current economic situation
  • Achieving budget targets through effective planning, analysis and implementation of corrective actions
  • Increasing efficiency through the continuous development of existing processes
  • Stakeholder management for functional and hierarchical levels in IT

Your profile

  • Completed bachelor's degree in economics or a related subject area
  • Several years of expertise in IT controlling in an international environment - ideally also in setting up effective IT controlling
  • Experience in financial management functions, especially with large, globally distributed teams in a complex matrix organization
  • Fluent in English and German for effective communication in an international working environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of the holistic structure of IT service management and the related technological architecture
  • Proven experience and knowledge in the design and successful implementation of strategic IT projects
  • Solid knowledge and experience in SAP FiCo, for efficient processing of complex financial data
  • Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers and IT
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
