Job description- Manager HRBP

Experience Required: 10 to 18 years
Location- World Trade Center, Perungudi, Chennai
Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for employee engagement in the organization.
· To manage HRBP function to create engaged and productive workforce.
· Understand the business and culture of the company in order to develop and implement employee engagement programs that are aligned with business goals.
- Monitoring employee turnover rates to determine if there is a need for improvement in hiring practices or employee retention tactics.
- Establishing the organization’s culture and vision through employee engagement efforts such as surveys, focus groups, and workshops.
· Ensuring circulation of alerts, creating excitement and motivation around employee events as per schedule/ HR Calendar including building quality of event.
- Prepare Engagement budget and ensure effective utilization of the same.
- Responsible for initiating, running & replacing employee internal committees.
- HR and EWS connects.
- Analyze data collected from surveys and focus groups to identify areas of improvement for employee engagement programs.
- Assessing company culture, identifying problems in areas such as leadership, teamwork, communication, and recognition, and developing strategies to address these issues.
- Engagement Calendar Compliance.
- Leading with team- Planning, organizing, and executing events including but not limited to team building, Activities of festive, and company outings and birthday celebrations as well as leading the Annual day and Sports day.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement programs that promote employee engagement, such as wellness programs, social events, and volunteer opportunities.
- Rewards & Recognition- Prepare budget and ensure effective utilization of the same.
- Ensuring- Organizing and conducting weekly/monthly R&R.
- Responsible for R&R audit.
- Record data, write reports and give presentations on the state of employee engagement at the company.
- Assess programs, feedback, and involvement in considering creative ideas and needs.
- Design and manage employee climate surveys to gauge satisfaction and engagement levels.
- Analysing survey findings and action plan implementation.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Team Management Skill

· Specialization in HRD
· Hands on Experience in MS office -Word, Excel & PowerPoint is essential.

· Data Analytics – Ability to comprehend data and provide meaningful business insights
Expertise and familiarity with business tools like MS Excel, Qlik, Power BI
