Main Objectives of this position:
· Lead improvement projects to ensure QPs are consistently met
· Drive & deliver efficiencies through process Automation
· Drive Continuous Improvement projects (mainly CSD) to Standardize processes
· Drive Productivity improvement & other adhoc projects
· Lead Business Intelligence support / reporting to the business teams
Function and duties:
- Drive Efficiencies through Automation by building a healthy idea pipeline.
- Monitor the Business impact Pre/Post deployment of Automation (go/no-go decision to continue deployment depending on the usage)
- Establish long term vision for automation
- Serve as the 1st escalation POE between the PPS team and Centre of Excellence (for RPA’s) & BSD
- Leading GEMBA walks with the functions to ensure constant flow of ideas into the automation pipeline
- Drive performance management across functions especially on QP facing KPIs
- Steer action plan development in close cooperation with global/regional /local stakeholders
- Lead process improvement projects and drive performance optimization & consistency
- Tracking implementation success of the projects/RoI etc…
- Drive Productivity improvements at QSC through Process efficiency / Standardization projects
- Constant liaison with HQ ( mainly GBS/CE teams) to aid on the above as required
- Conduct Blueprint & Process reviews to ensure “zero” process deviations
- Foster “One way of working” within the QSC through process standardization
MIS:
· Aid in building Level 2 / Support KPIs to drive the Level 1 KPIs
· Forecasting the business requirement on MIS through constant engagement and supporting the development of Business Intelligence Dashboards/Reports as applicable
· Constant liaison with HQ ( mainly GBS/CE teams) to aid on the above as require
Projects:
· Supports cross-functional & other NPS/IT projects / aid in Business Case analysis for Offshoring projects as applicable
· Support the QSC MD on various projects and presentations
Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:
- At least 10-12 years of relevant working experience
- Fluent in written and spoken Business English
- Self starter with strong multi tasking skills
- A team player with ability to work under pressure
- Strong Stakeholder engagement & communication skills across QSC’s, Region , Area & HQ teams
- Carries good knowledge of Automation & Business Intelligence tools (e.g. RPA, Macro, QV ,AI etc)
- Good working knowledge of FIS MS Office tools
- Good listening , negotiation & convincing skills .
- Need to possess stroing Analytical, creative ,problem solving mindset.
- Well organized with good time management skills
- Willing to take ownership of tasks and responsibility
- Promotes Best Practice sharing within the Region and Globally through various knowledge sharing forums.
