Responsibilities and Tasks:

 

  • Act as primary contact for selected customers, build and maintain strong relationships via mail, phone and during customer visits
  • Work independently in the day-to-day, closely aligning with your peers in Hamburg and Bogotá on ideas and initiatives for your clients, sharing status updates, knowledge and best practices with your immediate colleagues and extended ones in regions and areas
  • Find solutions thinking out of the box to provide support for customer requirements, in alignment with in-house stakeholders
  • Develop the Reefer Control Tower and our reefer strategy in line and beyond market requirements. Expand the Reefer Control Tower geo scope and customer portfolio
  • Conduct small studies or analysis, supporting the Reefer Control Tower expansion within the Global Reefer strategy

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or higher qualification in logistics or a relevant field
  • Self-motivated, customer minded and reliable team player
  • Analytical, structured, and efficient working style
  • Sense of urgency, ability to meet deadlines, and prioritize work accordingly
  • Open to change, agile mindset, and good communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Comprehensive knowledge of H/L applications (QlikView, QlikSense, HIP, FIS) or the willingness to learn the handling of the tools
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
  • Business fluency in Spanish is a plus
