Responsibilities and tasks:
- Focus on our global procurement training offerings along Hapag-Lloyd’s learning journey
- Embrace the responsibility for developing and delivering top-tier content by leveraging state-of-the-art digital technologies and tools
- Create and maintain specialized learning pathways tailored to cater to distinct target audiences within Procurement
- Coordinate and centrally control all procurement training activities to ensure regular and efficient trainings
- Strongly connect with global stakeholders to identify training opportunities and to steer the corporate and regional rollouts
- Develop and maintain an ongoing KPI dashboard for monitoring training progress
- Engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders on a global scale to enhance and continuously benchmark training programs
- Oversee and manage job profiles and corresponding descriptions
