Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Focus on our global procurement training offerings along Hapag-Lloyd’s learning journey 
  • Embrace the responsibility for developing and delivering top-tier content by leveraging state-of-the-art digital technologies and tools
  • Create and maintain specialized learning pathways tailored to cater to distinct target audiences within Procurement
  • Coordinate and centrally control all procurement training activities to ensure regular and efficient trainings
  • Strongly connect with global stakeholders to identify training opportunities and to steer the corporate and regional rollouts
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing KPI dashboard for monitoring training progress
  • Engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders on a global scale to enhance and continuously benchmark training programs
  • Oversee and manage job profiles and corresponding descriptions

Requirements and qualifications:

  • University degree in the field of business administration, communications, marketing, human resources or supply chain management, alternatively, a comparable education or relevant work experience
  • Minimum of two years of work experience, preferably in the field of people development a/o procurement
  • Strong understanding of customer and service orientation, as well as target group-specific communication skills
  • Experience with content development for training purposes
  • Technological proficiency in handling relevant tools and systems, particularly learning management systems
  • Solid understanding of procurement and value-based procurement trainings is a plus
  • Effective communicator, full professional oral and written proficiency in English
  • Result-oriented, team spirit with an independent working style, positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
