Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Senior Director and the entire team in day-to-day operations as well as independent organization of the office
  • Planning and organization of business trips as well as travel expense accounting
  • Management of all correspondence in German and English language as well as coordination and communication with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Planning, organization and follow-up of meetings, workshops or other appointments
  • Supporting in the implementation of projects and the preparation of informative presentation documents using e.g. Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Organization of various internal and external events
  • Representation of ITC activities

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Very good communication skills, written and oral (German and English)
  • Affinity for writing and ideally experience in PR
  • Project management experience
  • Event management experience
  • Engaging appearance as well as high service orientation
  • Experienced handling of Microsoft 365
  • High level of commitment and organizational skills
  • Feeling comfortable in a flexible, agile and dynamic environment and enjoy working in a dynamic team
