To Manage RME Transport Dispatch activities basis HL Blueprint to maintain/improve processes to achieve set targets/KPIs

To ensure completion of Work Orders within stipulated KPI as per management. To keep CSI/Management posted on Port dwell time/ICD import evacuation issues

 

Function and Duties

Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:

Industry Knowledge

·       10+ years industry and management experience in transportation industry

·       Expert knowledge of Operations required.

·       Solid background with depot/CSF operations including reefer containers.

·       Sharp focus on cost management

·       Vendor management experience required

Business Systems/IT

·       Strong knowledge of data quality importance, T&T, steering, etc

·       Expert knowledge of user application systems (FIS, MS Office, Word, Excel)

·       Knowledge of user application systems (FIS, COMPASS (if applicable)

·       Process knowledge & systems support optimization

·       EQ process and system reengineering

·       Ability to promptly process data and request under pressure

·       Understanding of data quality benchmarking and management
