Your Tasks & Responsibilities

Our Digital Business team is a cross-functional unit focused on facilitating and elevating our digital business performance, internal and external, for our Area Germany & Central Europe.  One very important aspect here is our digital support – to do we empower our organization to live our digital tools towards our customers?

Working across departments will enable you to identify simplification and awareness potentials and define effective measures to increase efficiency and create synergies, through collaboration and best practice sharing.

  • You will support the day-to-day operations of our digital tools and facilitate their usage with our organization
  • For that you'll collect and analyze data related to digital traffic, user behavior (internal and external), and sales performance
  • You will also generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs and OKRs) and provide insights to optimize digital strategies
  • Concretely this means that you will conduct a project that aims to analyze the digital business support currently performed by our team towards our organization, with the aim to streamline the support function and free up time to invest into digital strategies
  • This means that you will gain a detailed understanding of our overall business and organizational structure and its digital interfaces, as well as important aspects of change management 
  • Your impact will be generating data quality, transparency and clarity around all aspects of our digital support lent to our colleagues currently using and promoting our digital tools, and identifying important process improvements, leaving a long-term mark for our business unit
  • The final output, a.o., should be a proposal on a framework for a digital business support concept, with a recommendation on how to implement into the organization
