Role Overview:
We are searching for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team at Hapag-Lloyd Technology
Centre in Chennai. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in driving our agile software
development process, ensuring effective teamwork, communication, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate key agile ceremonies, including daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, backlog grooming,
story point estimations, retrospectives, and sprint demos.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to define, validate, and communicate team priorities.
Guide, coach, and motivate the team to embrace Agile practices and values.
Act as the team's Scrum expert, identifying and resolving impediments to enhance productivity and
sustainability.
Maintain clear communication and coordination with all stakeholders.
Continuously assess the team's Scrum maturity and drive improvements.
Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within an agile
team.
Hold a Certified Scrum Master designation, with relevant knowledge/experience in Test Driven
Development.
Qualifications and Skills:
In-depth understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle.
Excellent communication and articulation skills.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
