Job Description
Hapag-Lloyd AG, a leading computer software company, is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating the agile development process, ensuring the team follows Scrum practices and principles. Your main responsibilities will include: - Facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives - Coaching and mentoring team members on agile methodologies - Removing any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress - Ensuring the team delivers high-quality products within the agreed timelines - Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog - Continuously improving the team's processes and practices
Required Profile
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an IT environment - Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Experience working with remote teams - Scrum Master certification is a plus
