Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Min. 2 years' sales experience in shipping industry.
- Special equipment knowledge will be plus.
- Customer oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficiency in MS office applications.
- Systematic and efficient way of working.
- Agile and team player.
- Open for improvement.
- Resident in Istanbul.
- No restriction to travel both in and out of Turkiye.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- Valid B class driver’s license.
Essential Functions
- Reporting Sales Manager in Mersin office.
- Identifying potential new opportunities on export and import.
- Managing and growing own portfolio of customers and opportunities.
- Directly dealing with customer in face-to-face appointment to develop, secure and maintain most profitable business .
- Conducting account planning and derive an account strategy including an action plan to develop customers/ opportunities.
- Preparing visit plans and visit reports.
