Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Advise procurement functions globally as main point of contact for advanced negotiations (RFI, RFQ, eAuctions)
  • Collaborate with category leads and other procurement partners to develop tender templates (price sheet, supplier selection criteria and evaluation metrics)
  • Support key users in creating and analyzing tenders and provide guidance throughout the tender process in CSO ( Coupa Sourcing Otimization)
  • Train and support procurement experts globally to perform complex sourcing analyses (optimization and awarding scenarios) in CSO
  • Drive constant knowledge enhancement, ensure tool updates and test all aspects of eProcurement tool to recommend process improvements
  • Act as key bridge between our global procurement teams and IT business partner

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • University degree in the field of business administration, logistics, transportation management, alternatively, a comparable education or relevant work experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience in procurement functions with a focus on Source-to-Contract activities
  • Experience with Procurement suite and analytical tools
  • Experience with sourcing analysis and sourcing optimization
  • Experience with CSO is a plus
  • Advanced negotiations (eAuctions) and game theory is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and high level of accuracy
  • Effective communicator, full professional oral and written proficiency in English
  • Result-oriented, team spirit with an independent working style, positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
