Main Objectives of this position:
Deliver the highest levels of quality, be customer-oriented and create value for customers as well as for Hapag-Lloyd
Function and duties:
· Validate and settle revenue disputes where applicable.
· Coordinates internally issues to fix revenues.
· Finalizes disputes in FIS
· Follow standard processes and new requirements as communicated by management.
· Undertakes all revenue related task and ensures completion within the deadline.
· Ensures all ICCL related reports are worked monthly with, and revenue improvement ideas shared with the organization.
· Collaborates with stakeholders (BA/ Sales) across verticals to ensure revenue related tasks are resolved.
· Complete all functional HIP training timely
· Lead a team of individuals to successfully complete all day to day tasks and drive performance management.
Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:
· University degree or equivalent
· Very good command of written and spoken English
· Working knowledge of MS Office
· Able to work well with others and follow guidelines
· Positive attitude
